Supervets Hendra is looking for an experienced **Practice Manager** to join our friendly, high-performing team on a **full-time maternity leave contract**. Supervets Hendra is a progressive small-animal practice with a reputation for exceptional patient care and a loyal client base. **The Role**

As Practice Manager, you will oversee the smooth daily running of the clinic and support our team to deliver gold-standard care. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing daily operations, including staff rosters and workflow
- Overseeing financials, budgeting, and reporting
- Leading and mentoring our veterinary and nursing teams
- Driving excellent client service and patient care standards
- Implementing policies, procedures, and efficiency initiatives
- Supporting marketing and community engagement activities

This is a full-time maternity leave contract with a well-planned handover and ongoing support from our leadership team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous management or leadership experience (veterinary or healthcare environment ideal)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Financial and administrative know-how
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude and genuine love for animals
