**About The Opportunity**
As the Head of Finance, based at our Perth CBD office, you will position the Australian and growth regions to drive value through strong business partnering.
Reporting directly to the General Manager - Australia, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing a small Finance team within Micromine’s largest and fastest growing region.
- Working closely with the General Manager (Australia) to provide financially driven strategic and analytical leadership.
- Overseeing the delivery of management accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance.
- Optimising the FP&A function to consider opportunities to expand the Australian and surrounding regions, including assessing a variety of possible scenarios.
- Preparing variance analysis for sales, revenue, and profitability.

**About You**
You will be an experienced Finance professional with a background in FP&A and management accounting, who is looking to build a legacy and make a difference. You will need experience in supporting growth businesses in multinational environments (e.g. Indonesia and Mongolia).
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- A strategic thinker who is capable of driving innovation and growth
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced multinational software business
- Well-versed in working with senior stakeholders (e.g. General Managers and Executives)
- Strategic modelling expertise
