**What's the role on offer?**

We are seeking an **AOG (Aircraft On Ground) Logistics Coordinator** to join our team at our Brisbane Head Office. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you’ll play a key role in providing supply chain coordination for Alliance line maintenance stations and network AOG situations. This includes assisting with freight solutions, procurement, repair, and service order management. You will be instrumental in driving safety, operational efficiency, and cost control while implementing industry best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating supply chain operations for AOG situations across the Alliance network.
- Providing ‘out-of-hours’ support to line maintenance stations.
- Collaborating with Maintenance Planning to address shifting priorities.
- Managing procurement, repair, and service orders efficiently and accurately.
- Performing delegated store tasks, including goods receipt, issue, and freight management.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, freight companies, and key stakeholders.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company procedures.
- Assisting with training, development, and mentoring of staff as required
