**Join our family in this role**:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Online Fulfillment Supervisor will guide the Online Fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time.

Full time role - Sunday to Thursday roster

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Supervising online fulfillment team
- Drive a strong safety culture
- Ensure all excess stocks are actioned and Online stock integrity is kept in check
- Complete order fulfilment within agreed timelines, investigate and resolve any customer queries
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Processes for the function, ensure staff are trained and aware of updates
- Conduct regular stock takes of products and ensure pick locations are kept stocked
- Ensure customers receive their correct orders in good condition and on schedule
- Inventory planning and guaranteeing orders are efficiently processed
- Manage the picking, packing and dispatch of online orders

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within an order processing environment
- Forklift licensed or be able to be attain upon commencement
- Self-motivated, high attention to detail, professional and hardworking
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment

**Key Physical Requirements**
- Extended and sustained periods of standing and walking
- Twisting at the waist and neck
- Repetitive reaching forward and overhead
- Repetitive gripping and hand co-ordination
- Crouching and squatting
- Bending at the waist
- Pushing and pulling
- Looking up and down
- Lifting up to 15kg independently
