**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and advice.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including cabinetry, tapware, stone, timber flooring, and more.
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their style, budget, and project requirements.
- Keep the showroom clean and organized at all times.
- Support customers through the purchasing process, including product orders and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and courtesy.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
- Knowledge of bathroom and kitchen products is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for processing sales and managing inventory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
