Reporting to the Director, DMDU, the role leads and manages the secretariat operations of the Unit and acts as the point of contact for a diverse range of high level internal and external stakeholders.
The Administration Project Officer and is responsible for supporting the implementation of CSV's Koori Employment Plan including planning and coordinating tasks, problem solving, developing best practice and innovative approaches, ensuring key milestones are met and reporting on progress. The Administration Project Officer will also support wider implementation of ongoing programs, policies and administrative requirements of the DMDU.
The Administration Project Officer is highly organised with a strong service delivery focus, able to prioritise tasks and conflicting workloads ensuring timelines are met without compromising quality standards and applies discretion particularly in relation to confidential and sensitive matters.
