Mad Mex is looking for outgoing and enthusiastic Luchadores to be the backbone of our restaurants located in Sydney Domestic Airport

About the Role

The main role of our staff (we call them Luchadores) is to prepare fresh, healthy & authentic Mexican food and deliver it with a smile & great customer service. Current opportunities are available in all service areas including food prep, grill, counter, and cashier. It is a fast-paced environment so you need to be able to work quickly and efficiently.

About You:
Our people are friendly & outgoing, have a strong work ethic & are committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must be able to understand and follow recipes & checklists. If you have some experience in the food industry - great, however, it not an essential requirement. All you need is a vibrant personality and willingness to learn

- Have a current RSA.
- Availability for Afternoon/Evening Shifts (12:00pm - 22:00)
- Must be available Tues/Wed/Thur/Fri (at least 4 shifts per week)
- Includes weekend work
