Our company is a leading player in the real estate utilities space, providing innovative and sustainable solutions to our customers. We are seeking a Relationship Management Support person to join our team in New South Wales, to provide administrative and operational support to our Relationship Management team and help drive our business forward.

As the Relationship Management Support, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and operational support to our Relationship Management team, including coordinating appointments and meetings, assisting with report preparation, onboarding, and training clients, and speaking to clients on the phone regularly. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure the smooth running of the office and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

The role is based out of our office in Penrith, and requires you to work in the office with the potential flexibility to work from home if required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
