**About the Role...**

We are seeking a Powder Coating Operator to join our team at our Lonsdale site.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include;
- Setup and operate powder coating spray equipment.
- Ensure powder coating equipment is maintained and cleaned to the required standard.
- Perform inspections both visual and using dry film thickness tester to ensure correct coating quality and standards are achieved.
- Manual lifting of up to 20kgs

- Have relevant experience in a customer service focused team and working to schedules/lead times to meet customer demand
- Have effective verbal communication skills
- Have high attention to detail and accuracy
- Be an enthusiastic, team player and has the “Can Do” attitude
- Have a strong focus on quality and safe work practices
- Have proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ideally, you will have had previous experience in a Powdercoating role, however, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn is a must together with the ability to work within a small dynamic and multi skilled team.

You must be reliable and self motivated with the drive to take on additional tasks in a fast pace environment to achieve excellent quality standards and customer service levels aligned with Alspec's Mission to be " **WORLD CLASS IN ALUMINIUM DESIGN, DISTRIBUTION AND SERVICE".**
