Floorplan Sketcher

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic floorplan sketcher to join our real estate services team.

The successful applicant will need to be able to efficiently and accurately hand-sketch floorplans of properties using a laser measurer in a timely manner. Full training will be provided so although experience is preferred, it’s not essential.

The applicant will be required to attend between 2-4 jobs per day, Mon-Fri. On average you will receive 10-12 jobs per week which need to be attended between the hours of 9-3 each day. Each job can take anywhere between 1-2.5 hours to complete (depending on the complexity).

Each job attracts a $60 payment (regardless of complexity). During peak periods you could be earning $960 + per week.

As this is a freelance/ contractor position, the applicant must have their own ABN to be able to invoice us for the jobs they complete on a fortnightly basis.

General contractor requirements:

- Your own reliable car
- Current driver’s licence
- Your own ABN
- Your own public liability insurance

This position is based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, predominately in Manningham, Maroondah & Yarra Ranges.
