- Previous batching experience (desirable)
- Experience using batch control systems (Jonel would be advantageous) or ability to pick up systems quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks in and around the plant as required
- Demonstrates flexibility to manage ever-changing work requirements
- Strong commitment to safety
