Factory Workers

**The Role**:
Our client based in Tuggerah are currently seeking to employ a number of Production Team Members on both day shift and afternoon shift. These positions are responsible for pick/packing, loading and unloading the vertical powder coat machine and packaging machine and undertaking general factory duties.

All our positions are working a minimum of 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**Personal Attributes**:
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

- Experience working within a factory environment
- Have a hardworking attitude and be 100% reliable
- Ability to respond to directions and instructions from supervisors working in and as a team
- Generally fit and healthy with no restrictions for repetitive manual handling
- A Forklift Licence would be ideal but not necessary
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
