Tourism Holdings operates Britz, Maui, Mighty and the RV Sales

Centre. The group has global operations, including offices in Australia, New

Zealand, Europe, and the US.

Due to growth, we need some additional support in our RV Sales Team. We are looking for a customer focussed sales administrator who can take the lead on all day-to-day administration required to support and enhance the sales team (even selling an RV or three).

This position will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of tasks, is organised and detail-oriented, and can do all this with a smile on their face You will also have mathematical and technical competency.

WHAT will you do?
- Provide support to our sales team by helping prepare RVs for delivery with paperwork completion, QC Inspections, and customer handovers.
- Lead role within the sales advertising of all RVSC BNE and Melbourne units as well as maintaining all website presence of these vehicles. Photography and voice overs in advertising RVs.
- Preparation of Purchase orders for Transport of vehicles to suppliers and associated accessories to be fitted.
- Assist the RV Sales Manager Australian Operations with invoicing to our Certified Kea Dealers as well as associated stock control and communication to dealers regarding delivery dates.
- Ordering of associated POS material for both RVSC and Dealer Network.
- Interaction with our customers through the initial meet and greet through to sales support in event sales team are busy. (Pool commission is also paid)
- Maintenance of our CRM system, create new customer records and keep on top of documentation and sales material levels.
- Attendance for regional shows and yard sales on an infrequent basis, (Some Saturday work will be required).
- Registration of new and transfers of used RVs into customer names.

WHO are we looking for?
- A background of 2+ years in a sales support, customer service or admin role.
- Detail focussed and able to multitask on a day-to-day basis.
- A willingness to learn new product and process.
- Comfortable with learning photography.
- Weekend work will be occasionally required, so must be comfortable with working weekends.
- The drive to want to achieve and grow within our business.
- Team is not just a word; it’s how you work.
- Detail oriented, task focussed and able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Able to build rapport with customers and stakeholders internal and external.
- Intermediate skills across the MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
- A non-restricted current Victorian driver’s licence.
