We're looking for an experienced **Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician** to join our operations team in Villawood, NSW. We’re building a world-class team focused on vehicle quality, speed, and efficiency. Our reconditioning and logistics teams are central to the customer experience, and we’re committed to hiring skilled, detail-focused PDR technicians who take pride in their craft.

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Do**
- Perform high-quality **paintless dent repairs** on a variety of vehicles
- Conduct visual inspections and maintain high finish standards
- Collaborate with the reconditioning and delivery teams
- Take initiative and ownership of your workspace
- Uphold safety and quality benchmarks across the board

**What You’ll Need**
- At least 2 years of hands-on PDR experience
- Accredited PDR certification
- A keen eye for detail and precision
- Positive, self-starting attitude
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Willingness to undergo a police/background check
