Role
- Quality Assurance Inspector
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am - 3:00pm
Award wage to start

Your role will be focused on managing client sites and queries. As the person managing our clients we are looking for someone who is full of energy, has a great attitude and able to think on their feet but also have the attention to detail to pick up on any issues on site. Essentially a great all-rounder.
Specifically, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following.

Day to Day QA Position
- Driving to Job sites to inspect the quality of the work being done
- Handling any customer concerns
- Ensuring the job tasks are being completed in full
- Answering the phone and taking phone orders
- Doing up audit reports
- Dealing with customer queries
- Managing retention rate
- Working alongside Business manager in organising Job sites
- Reporting to the manager
- 2-3 years minimum in QA experience or property management

MUST have your own drivers license
- Skilled multi-tasker
- Hands-on approach with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding time-management and prioritisation skills
- Solid IT skills Excel, Word, and Outlook experience including outlook tasks. (This will be used for reports)

MUST be confident in handling conflict resolution What is on offer:
The position is on a 1 months initial trial

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $36.30 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week

Schedule:

- No weekends

Work Location: On the road
