**Your Impact**

An exciting opportunity for a Operations Lead has been made available in our Prospect facility. In this role you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to execute the daily planned activities while driving the objective of being recognised by our customers as delivering excellence in service and creating value. Specifically, the role will be accountable to manage the operational activities within the DC to drive Customer Service excellence within the state, whilst meeting Asahi Beverages Cost, Safety and Quality standards.

**Key responsibilities**

- Manage the P&L for the DC Cost Centres - budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance reporting and control of cost drivers
- Deliver excellence in Customer Service through coordination of planning, warehousing, and distribution activities
- Relationship management for key supply chain partners (customers, suppliers, and co-packers) to deliver maximum value (win / win outcomes)
- Work jointly with manufacturing on optimum cycle times, batch sizes, maintenance shutdowns
- Continuous identification and elimination of waste in the Distribution value streams
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture
- Ensure health & wellbeing for our people and the environment through focussed programs and adherence to compliance

**About You**
- Ideally similar experience within FMCG, 3PL or similar fast paced manufacturing industry
- A demonstrated achievement of improvement & change in an FMCG or 3PL warehousing and distribution environment
- Sound leadership and people management experience
- Sound stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts
- Strong business and financial acumen
