Pos Specialist

We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Point of Sale & IT Support Officer **to join our IT team to manage all aspects of our Point of Sale (POS) System.

**This is a physical on-site position with requirement to work from our office located in Parramatta, NSW.**

**Duties include; **but not limited to
- Ensuring all POS terminals and configuration are set up effectively
- Ensure MSL solutions and providers are setup and reporting correctly
- Be the go-to person for questions, trouble shooting and training on all POS issues
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOP) and liaise with departments for eCommerce solutions
- Design customised reports as required by the business

**Required skills and experience**
- Experience with POS systems - Swift POS system advantageous
- Knowledge of IT structure and cross platform integration workflows
- Strong attention to detail and with a proven ability to develop user documentation
- Experience with Windows configuration and Networking
- A team player that can also work autonomously and perform in high pressure situations
- Microsoft certification highly desirable
- Previous experience in using a hospitality point of sale systems ideal
- Exceptional communication and effective project management skills
