Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Reporting to the National Manager - Diabetes, you will be a key clinical advisor in our newly launched diabetes business line. Working closely with patients, carers, GPs and endocrinologists, your role will focus on delivering education, support and advice to patients with diabetes through in-person and telehealth consultations, including those using diabetes-related technology like Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs). The role will also include a business development component, building relationships with key referrers, and contributing to the growth of our diabetes services.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Consult with diabetes patients, providing treatment management advice, education, and support for diabetes-related technology
- Drive sales growth of the diabetes business in an assigned region by increasing CGM device sales through ALH clinics
- Identify diabetes awareness opportunities within the region
- Contribute to the creation of educational materials for ALH employees
- Participate in industry tenders where appropriate
- Monitor market trends and competition
- Business development through building relationships with General Practitioners, Endocrinologists, and Diabetes organisations
- Participate in trade shows and patient group gatherings

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Credentialled Diabetes Educator (ADEA-accredited)
- Proven experience in delivering diabetes education, ideally in both clinical and community settings
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Comfort with digital health technology
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to analyse and interpret scientific, technical, and financial documents
- Understanding of the medical supplies/pharmacy business and experience with medical practitioners and patients
