Boat Broker

A highly successful marine brokerage specialising in pre-owned Catamarans, Cruising yachts, Trawler Yachts and Expedition Motor Yachts requires a full time Marine Sales Broker to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Male or Female to work within an exciting industry and earn six figures doing it. Comprehensive sales training, support and company mobile phone will be provided. - Boating knowledge & sailing experience (prerequisite skill) - Confidence to approach new and existing clients - Highly developed customer service, interpersonal & communication skills - Ability to work within a small team - Good computer skills - A tidy presentation (company shirts & caps provided) - Current QLD boat licence - Own vehicle & car licence - Current ABN with insurance Duties involved in this position - Work from our waterfront office 8.30am - 4pm with ability to work Saturdays as required - Prospect, secure and manage vessel listings on and offsite - Complete daily sales admin tasks including updating CRM - Operate client vessels (< 50ft) for sea trials - Successfully negotiate contract agreements - Prepare client sale documentation - Network/collaborate with our industry partners - Sailing experience - Qualities you would bring to the company, along with your CV NO RECRUITERS PLEASE **Salary**: Up to $200,000.00 per year Schedule: - 8 hour shift **Experience**: - Sailing: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Full Driver Licence (required) - Boat Licence (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
