- **Location**:Sydney CBD (Weekend Bail Court**)**- ** Employment Type**:Ongoing Part - Time (Saturday and Sunday)- **Salary**:$99,938 to $110,271 (pro rata for part-time employees) plus applicable penalty rates, employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading.-
- **Your role**-
- As part of the NSW Government’s announced reforms to strengthen the Justice system and better protect victims of domestic and family violence, changes to the operations of Bail Courts across NSW will be implemented to ensure bail decisions required across weekends are made by Magistrates.-
- As the Team Leader, Weekend Bail Court you will manage a team ensuring registry standards are met and quality services are delivered to the judiciary, key stakeholders and clients. You will implement procedures and training to keep staff informed of procedural and legislative changes and provide advice and reports to senior management on registry operations.-
- The weekend bail court hearings are held virtually via audio visual link (AVL), you will have excellent technology skills to successfully provide court officer, court monitoring and data entry support.-
