**Begin a Fulfilling Career in Sports Turf Management**:
Join our four-year **Apprenticeship**program and gain hands-on experience at award winning sites across Canberra. You'll work alongside skilled professionals to maintain and enhance green spaces, and be a part of our great sustainability program, while also attending weekly classroom sessions to build your theoretical knowledge.

Throughout the program, you'll receive expert mentorship and practical training, leading to a nationally recognised **Cert III trade qualification**. Upon completion, you'll be well-prepared to step into leadership roles such as **Team Leader** or **Site Manager**, equipped with the confidence and skills to make a lasting impact in the field of horticulture.

**What You'll Learn**:

- Plant recognition, care and maintenance
- Plant nutrition programs
- Pest and disease management
- Irrigation systems installation and maintenance
- Specialist transplanting, pruning and mowing operations
- Safety protocols and equipment operation

**About You**:

- No experience necessary but a keen interest in sports grounds and working in the great outdoors is essential
- Valid Drivers' license and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Valid White Card (or willing to obtain)
