Are you an enthusiastic individual ready to infuse energy and passion into the role of Lifestyle Coordinator? We are seeking a dynamic professional to design and implement a high-quality calendar of engaging activities and events for our residents.

Position Details:
Full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)

Location: Croydon area, VIC

About the Role:
As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the well-being and independence of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing lifestyle programs tailored to individual needs, preferences, and goals.

Active participation in delivering activities.

Preparing comprehensive and accurate Lifestyle Assessments of residents.

Ensuring thorough documentation of resident participation and engagement.

Managing and coaching the lifestyle team to deliver engaging activities.

Supporting the orientation and training of new team members and volunteers.

Building positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.

Facilitating community engagement opportunities.

About You:
A demonstrated understanding of Leisure and Lifestyle programming and Aged Care Quality Standards.

Certificate IV in Leisure and Health.

Previous experience in a Lifestyle Assistant/Coordinator role (desirable).
