Processing Operational Staff- Western Suburbs

Dynamic Staffing Solutions have many open positions available at one of its clients in western suburbs, a growing successful Food processor dealing with export markets.

Attractive, above award rates in accordance with Industry Awards.
- All positions are an _**_Ongoing Position _**_with a regular standard roster every week of up to 40hours or more including Annual and Sick Leave plus Paid public holidays and paid superannuation_

We have a variety of permanent roles available with full training provided:

- Knife work (primary processing and trimming)
- Packing
- General factory tasks

**The Money**

Earn a guaranteed minimum of $23.52 per hour across a day, exclusive of allowances

Earn up to a maximum of $30.00 per hour across a day, exclusive of overtime

Potential to earn an average of $1200.00 (Gross) based on a 40-hour working week, exclusive of any overtime

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Be willing to handle meat
- Be able to work in a fast-paced and cold environment
- Be a team player and have good communication skills
- Focus on safety and quality
- Must be available to start between 4-5am
- Must provide MYGov Covid vaccination record (2 vaccines and booster)

**About you**:

- A positive attitude with good work ethics.
- Experience within the meat processing industry isn’t essential. But will pay more for Skills
- Able to work in a physical environment.
- Work well in a team.
- Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident / Full Working Rights in Australia are essential.
- Pass a Pre-employment medical check, including drug / alcohol test.
- Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to receive the vaccination.
