We are seeking an outstanding customer relations superstar/expert in a full time permanent position. The successful applicant will have proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in sales processing and the allocation of earthmoving machinery and services for a large variety of commercial, government and private (construction) projects.

You will be responsible for booking, coordinating and allocating earthmoving equipment and materials for the construction industry.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Assessing and anticipating the needs of every booking to achieve a successful outcome
- Entering data into project software Allocate
- Developing relationships and liaising with a fleet of owner/operator sub-contractors regarding booking requirements
- Ongoing daily fleet management to exceed customer needs
- Assisting in recruiting and managing sub-contractors including fielding inquiries from new and existing owner/operators
- Maintaining compliance requirements and paperwork to ensure standards are met
- Provide clear and concise information to customers, sub-contractor and internal company departments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
