**About you**:

- Trade qualified Motorcycle/Automotive Technician
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Have the ability to motivate and support technicians
- Ability to get along with a broad employee and customer base
- Knowledge and experience with multiple brands of motorcycles and associated products sold by the dealership
- Experience with point-of-sale and Parts and Service management computer software or the ability to quickly learn due to general knowledge and experience with computers
- Current, valid motorcycle license
- Motorcycle RWC license would be a bonus
