Motel Care Taker

The quiet motel just south of Brisbane’s city centre, in the suburb of Greenslopes has an outstanding opportunity for a reliable and honest Motel Care-taker to join the team to manage its comfortable 18 modern rooms. The accommodation is in a tranquil setting with neat and tidy lawn.

Located less than 6km south-east of the Brisbane CBD, nearly in the centre of 3 hospitals (Princess Alexandra, Greenslopes Private Hospital and Mater), the property caters primarily to the hospitals’ patients/carers mid-week and family and leisure guests over the weekends.

We provide a friendly workplace, a supportive team from the main management office for the best personal achievement and the business outcome.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle reservations
- Inventory and rate management/optimization.
- Cash management
- Clean up and make rooms
- Liaise with relevant parties to troubleshoot any issues
- Maintain impeccable appearance of the complex (flexible time)
- Guest relations

**Requirements**:
It is a 2 day per week position (16 hours/week), offering a part-time contract with super on top.

Strong experience in the Motel accommodation market is a must.
