**About The Role**

Our Kareena Private Hospital is seeking for an experience and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our Patient catering team. In this role you will be working within a fast-paced team that thrives to deliver Patient oriented customer service.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of this role will including but are not limited to;
- Distribution/collection of customer menus, food trays, beverages as well as basic food preparation
- Cleaning and sanitising workstations and food court areas;
- Providing fast, friendly and exceptional customer service;
- Display a strong level of team commitment whilst also having the ability to work autonomously where required;
As a casual Catering Assistant, you will be working across a 7-day rotating roster. Flexibility is crucial for this role.

**Your Skills and Experiences**

To succeed in this role you will be a positive and energetic team player. Experience in a similar food service such as a hotel or similar will be highly regarded, especially in a clinical setting; Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team and independently when required.

Ideally you will also bring;
- Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to the provision of high-quality customer service
- Food Safety/Handling qualifications
- Proven ability to prioritise work tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible in availability for all shifts
- Possess a 'can-do' attitude towards customer service and problem solving;
- Be team orientated

**Requirements**:
