In line with NAB’s strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking and the integration of Citigroup Australia, the Edge Marketing Data Enablement Delivery Lead provides project management, technical coordination expertise, and agile leadership. **What you'll be doing** - Enable collaboration between Domains delivering to the Edge Marketing Data objectives, in close partnership with Enterprise Data and Analytics teams - Function as the Scrum Master, guiding the team in agile methodologies, and addressing team dynamics to ensure productivity - Facilitate the liaison between business and technology, coordinating complex and strategic initiatives - Assist squads in defining and planning work to achieve prioritised business outcomes - Coordinate the squad's backlog and roadmap to reduce duplication of effort and expedite the resolution of blockers - Prepare inputs for Domain Forums, with a focus on cross-domain dependencies - Manage communications regarding Epics corresponding to the cross-domain business outcomes - Determine the strategic approach for the management and coordination of squads across multiple domains - Prioritise features, stories, and epics in the backlog in alignment with business outcomes - Define and implement processes for quality control, progress communication, and stakeholder management - Decide the best methods to resolve project blockers and risks - Make key decisions during Scrum ceremonies to guide the team's workflow and dynamics **What you'll bring** - At least 5 years of experience in project, program, portfolio, or delivery management, preferably with at least 3 years in banking and financial services - Managing the delivery of large complex programs containing multiple streams, with multiple vendors (typically software & hardware) - Building, leading and managing teams of between 10-100+ people - Experience in Agile ways of working and acting as a Scrum Master (not mandatory) - Stakeholder management - Project, program, and portfolio management - Collaboration to deliver long-term strategy and technology roadmaps - Leadership - Strong working knowledge of project management tooling - Ability to navigate a large complex organisation, and build relationships with senior stakeholders - Change management within technology **A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.** We know that our people make us who we are.
