CNC Brake Press Operator

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator who can hit the ground running. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering consistent work in a friendly and collaborative workshop environment.

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating a CNC press brake (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to set up and operate CNC press brake machines with mínimal supervision
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Accurately measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain equipment and keep the workspace clean and safe
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
