**About the Role**:
As our Nursery Room Leader, you'll be at the heart of creating a warm and engaging environment where children feel safe, happy, and ready to explore the world around them. You will lead with empathy, creativity, and professionalism, guiding both children and your colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care and education.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Delivering an innovative, high-quality early childhood program that reflects current theory, practice, and Wonder Years' values and philosophies.
- Ensuring the safety, health, and wellbeing of children.
- Mentoring, coaching, and supporting educators.
- Improving educational and developmental outcomes for children.
- Promoting continuous improvement in quality education and care services.
- Embracing and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and maintaining National Quality Standards.
- Monitoring and documenting children's development and progress through diverse methods reflecting EYLF principles.
- A qualified early childhood educator who genuinely enjoys working with children.
- Strong early childhood educator and leader who leads by example.
- Positive communicator.
- Passionate and eager to join our dynamic and engaging team.
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Room Leader: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
