**Your opportunity**:
As a **Sustainability Advisor** at Bild Group, the role is based in our **Campbellfield office in Melbourne**, you will be responsible driving the sustainability program on Infrastructure Projects, providing expert advice and leadership on sustainability initiatives and helping us achieve our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals from a corporate level.

Your role will involve collaborating with project teams, external stakeholders, and senior management to integrate sustainable practices into our construction projects and corporate operations.

**You will bring along the following**:

- **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction, infrastructure, or civil industries.**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.**:

- **ISC Accredited v1.2 and or v2.1**:

- **Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., ISC Assessment or Self-Assessments) and environmental regulations is very helpful.**:

- **Proven experience in implementing sustainability initiatives in large-scale projects.**:

- **Excellent communication and proven stakeholder engagement skills.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple projects of work and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.**:

- **Passion for sustainability and a proactive attitude toward driving change.**

**The role will be responsible for**:

- **Leading the stability Program on BildGroup’s Infrastructure Projects (ISC and or Self-Assessments)**:

- **Researching and recommending sustainable materials and construction practices as well as developing strategies to minimise the carbon footprint of construction projects.**:

- **Developing strategies for minimising waste and promoting recycling and reuse of materials.**:

- **Collaborating with clients, contractors, and local communities to promote sustainability initiatives.**:

- **Conducting life cycle assessments to evaluate the environmental impact of projects from inception to decommissioning.**:

- **Providing training for staff and stakeholders on sustainable practices and innovations in construction.**:

- **Tracking sustainability metrics of the greater business and reporting progress to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.**:

- **Keeping up to date with industry trends and innovations in sustainable construction technologies.**:

- **Provide training for staff and contractors to promote sustainability awareness and build a culture focused on sustainable practices.**
