Inventory Manager

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of our inventory and ensure stocking levels are appropriate to meet growing demand
- Ensure stock transactions are being correctly performed by all stakeholders
- Source new products and identify alternatives where appropriate
- Maintain supplier documentation
- Ensure contracted pricing agreements are adhered to
- Issue purchase orders, freight consolidation, conduct QC on receiving, resolve stock related discrepancies, dispatch
- Warranty claims with suppliers
- Monitoring stock levels including establishing and maintain minimum stock levels and EOQ’s
- Stock reconciliation
- Assist in stock count and best practice stock organisation
- Work closely with the team to ensure efficiency in the warehouse
- Ensure best and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Be active in the warehouse and identify possible improvements

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Great analytical and organisational skills
- Exposure to any ERP (or warehousing) software
- 2 + Years in Warehouse/ Inventory Management/ FMCG
- Purchasing experience
- Qualifications or training in supply chain / logistics / procurement
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The legal right to reside in, and be employed in Australia
- Sound understanding of warehouse storage and processes

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
