We have an immediate and exciting opportunity for an experienced Pre-owned Car Sales Manager to join our team to assist with establishing a greenfield site including participation in defining the stock mix, selection and establishment of a team around you, ensuring adherence to non-negotiable selling principles to drive the profitability of the site.

This is the sort of role that requires you to be highly customer focused, a digitally savvy, excited about the prospects of developing an Omni-channelled operation and looking for a long-term role that will offer you scope to build a career.

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Managing budgeted targets whilst expanding sales opportunities.
- Maintaining Used Vehicle Stock whilst executing profitable wholesaling opportunities.
- Lead allocation and management.
- Managing sales and profitability performance for the Used Car Department and for individual Sales Consultants.
- Hand on sales training, coaching, and mentoring of the Sales Team.

**To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills & attributes;**
- Proven automotive sales experience (preferably within a role of similar scope).
- Demonstrated business acumen and leadership abilities.
- Performance management and people development experience.
- A flexible outlook to suit a dynamic industry without compromising objectives.
