**About the Role**
- As Specialist Maintenance Performance, you will work in a high-performing team that is responsible for providing performance insights to drive improvements in BHP Maintenance performance globally.
- Reporting to the Lead Performance and Reporting, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver data-driven insights, identify performance gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsibilities include:

- Support regular reporting cycles by sourcing, validating, and analysing operational performance data from multiple sources.
- Deliver insightful commentary and engage with stakeholders to drive understanding and action.
- Synthesise complex information from multiple sources to provide clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
- Develop a deep understanding of maintenance performance for a specific BHP asset, aligned with business plans and strategic priorities.
- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities through data monitoring and analysis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.

**About You**

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets.
- Proven experience delivering clear, concise analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to workplace diversity.
- Solid understanding of maintenance processes and systems, including planning, reliability, and asset management.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or related.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Experience in asset management within mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
- Background in engineering or management consulting.
- A track record of proposing innovative ideas that deliver business value.

**Location**
- The role will be based in our corporate offices in **Adelaide, Australia**. You will be working on Monday to Friday roster with flexibility offered on a 3-2-1 arrangement (three days from the office, two days from home, one in-office day must be a Monday or Friday).
