**About The Centre**

Thrive Pyrmont is our 42-place centre located in the Inner City of Sydney and is conveniently close to all public transport.

Children are encouraged to explore their environment through play-based learning and enjoy excursions in and around the CBD.

Pyrmont has a strong focus on sustainability and looking after the land and the children and educators can be found in the community, helping to pull weeds and plant trees.

**About The Role**

We are currently looking for dedicated and reliable educators with a qualification in early childhood education to join our casual pool.

**You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Provide assistance to other educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program through observations and documentation using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities
