**About the Hamptons Bakery**
This is a "call to arms" for experienced, creative and passionate Artisan & Sourdough Bakers to join the team at the Hamptons Bakery production kitchen based in Elsternwick.
We are currently seeking casual Artisan & Sourdough Bakers.
Part of the Legacy Hospitality Group, The Hamptons Bakery is an established artisan Bakery which has been baking since 2016. We run a 7-day production with which we supply our sourdoughs and pastries internally to our own retail outlets as well as off-site venues. We're a young team, full of ambition, wanting to work with likeminded creatives.
As a baker with The Hamptons Bakery, your main responsibilities will be mixing and shaping different sourdoughs from scratch, shaping and laminating viennoiserie, creating special products weekly, preparing pastry & dessert fillings, checking the quality of ingredients, weighing and measuring ingredients and trouble shooting & adapting.

**About You**
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working within a small team, has great time management and loves hospitality.
You will have at least 2 years' experience as a baker working with sourdough and be committed to delivering an exceptional product and service. You will also have a minimum of a Cert III or equivalent in Commercial Cookery.
In addition, you will display:

- Understanding of Hygiene, Food Safety and OH&S standards and compliance

**Salary**: $30.00 - $43.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- Bakery: 2 years (preferred)
- Sourdough Bread: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
