**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a key member of our** Deer Park** retail store, our Retail Sales Team Members will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco’s products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Over the counter and inbound telephone sales
- Supporting and resolving customer queries and issues
- Store merchandising, stock control, inventory and purchasing support
- Assisting with general store management activities
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willingness to be forklift trained
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
- Reliable, highly organised, autonomous and able to multitask
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
- Whilst Selling experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that sets you apart

**This is a full-time opportunity requiring the flexibility to work alternate Saturdays.** A competitive remuneration package based on experience will be offered to the successful applicant.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in 'Stratco’s Delivering Excellence Program' supporting employee personal and professional development, by providing national retail career pathways and offering recognised qualifications.
