**ETC** are looking for a **Resource Developer/RTO Support Administration Assistant **to join our team in **Caboolture** on a **full-time** basis. You will assist in the development of innovative products and materials to support our Training Department’s quality services as well as accurately maintain training documentation and processes in line with RTO Standards, contract requirements and ETC processes.

**Are you the person we are looking for?**

**You are someone who thrives in a team and wants to work in a progressive and supportive environment.** You have a positive, ‘can-do’ demeanor with experience in accredited training and administration. You understand how to prioritise your work to manage your time and are adept at using the MS Office suite. You have a great eye for detail with the ability to ‘quality-check’ training documentation to ensure compliance with all policies, processes and course requirements. Ideally you have previous experience in an RTO environment, although this is not essential for the role.
