We are looking for a Store Business Manager to join one of Flagship stores at Macquarie Centre, to help our customers go and live their life with joy and confidence. Working together with a team, you will support them to provide exceptional customer service to all potential customers that walk into our prestigious store, teach them how to talk through our impressive product range with your expert knowledge and help them put together that perfect outfit
The Store Business Manage will take the reins, with key focus on:
Unrivalled customer experience
Store performance and KPIs
People leadership and development of team members
Manage stock and ensuring our store VM is second to none
