Pharmacy Assistant

**About the Role**:

- You will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of the store floor, and contributing to promotional activities._

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Answer questions about products
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

**Shop Floor Management**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor.
- Unpack and merchandise new stock according to company guidelines.
- Replenish stock on shelves and ensure product availability.
- Conduct stock checks and participate in stocktakes.
- Assist with preparing displays and promotional materials.

**Other Duties**:

- May be required to operate cash registers and handle cash securely.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school qualified [Minimum]
- S2/S3 is preffered, Not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy with sharp mathematics skill.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weight.
- **Retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.**

Pay: $21.38 - $33.36 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)
