Butcher

We are seeking an experienced Butcher for our Narellan store. The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate outstanding organisational and butchering abilities coupled with superior customer service.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Achieving sales and profit budgets
- Stock Management including ordering & shrinkage control
- The cutting and preparation of meat to a high standard
- Continuous product innovation
- Compliance with food handling, hygiene, uniform, food safety, labelling, weight and measures regulations
- The ability to break beef would be an advantage

**To be successful in this role you will need to**:

- Be a trade qualified butcher
- Have high attention to detail
- Have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Be passionate about food and cooking
- Have superior customer service skills striving to over deliver to the customer every time.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure
- Have a great sense of humour
- Have a high standard of personal presentation and cleanliness
- Be someone who is looking to develop their skills and who welcomes on the job training
- Be able to make the most of every sales opportunity

**Salary**: $45,343.90 - $84,621.92 per year
