**How do I apply?**

To be considered, you must
- **Be available Monday to Sunday**.
- **Be** **available** **from 7.30am to 6.00pm during school weeks.**:

- Be seeking long term employment (longer than 6 months).
- Be able to work more than 25 hours per week when required.
- Complete all screening questions when you apply.
- Be available to accommodate a 7-day roster from open to close. **Especially on Weekends and Public Holidays.**

**What is the role?**
- This is a casual position attracting junior rates of pay in accordance with our industry award.
- You will be offered training in aspects of the café business.

**What skills, knowledge and attitude do I need?**

Previous hospitality experience is not necessary as we will teach you The Coffee Club way on how to provide Good Food, Great Service and make Excellent Coffee.

**We would also like you to be**:

- Well presented, energetic & motivated.
- Eager to learn all aspects of cafe business and willing to be trained into future roles such as customer service, kitchen operations, cash handling, barista operations, food hygiene and much more.
- Living locally or live within a reasonable distance from the store with access to public transport that accommodates the store hours.
- Positive, proactive individual with outstanding communication skills.
- **Available to fill shift on short notice.**:

- **Able to work at either Chermside or Stafford**:

- Self-starter who is able to maintain constant attention to detail to ensure 'The Coffee Club' remains the answer to the question.....

**Store trading hours (Subject to Change)**
- Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am to 9:00pm
- Sunday 8:30am to 4:00pm

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $15.06 - $36.15 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 38 per week
