Endeavor In Home Care is seeking a compassionate In-Home Support Worker to join our team in the Chermside Area, 3 days per week. As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- **Community Access**:

- **Light Personal Care**:

- **Disability Management**: Acquired brain injury (ABI)

**Requirements**:

- **Working With Children (WWC) Clearance**:

- **Certificate or Equivalent**: Or a minimum of 2 years' industry experience
- **Australian Work Rights**:

- **NDIS Clearance**:

- **Driver’s License**: Along with a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance
- **First Aid & CPR Certification**:

- **Experience with Personal Care**:

- **Experience with Complex care**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**:

- **Able to perform personal care**:

- **Mature aged Support Workers encouraged to apply**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $38.15 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
