**The Opportunity**:
We have exciting new positions for **Picker/labourer **to join the team at our site in **Wingfield, South Australia** Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will assist in removing waste from product being processed through the Crushing Plant, safely & effectively, whilst assisting with general upkeep and maintenance. This is permanent, full time secure roles within a well-established & growing team available.

**Key responsibility**:

- Ensure that Daily / Weekly / Monthly production targets are met
- Be available to work both day shift and afternoon shift, with flexibility to switch shifts at short notice
- Targets met / Steel & Waste in circuit removed to ensure Plant efficiency
- Assist with Plant Maintenance when required.
- Comply at all times with ResourceCo’s OSH&E policies and procedures, take action regarding any OH&S issues.
- Have the flexibility to undertake any task within skill range to be an effective team member

**About you**:

- Possess organizational and planning skills.
- Self-motivated, and have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Hold a current Drivers licence.
- Willing to self-develop skills within the business.
