Contract opportunity to join a small Accounts Payable team within this hardworking, property business. Great chance to join an organisation with a relaxed culture and friendly environment.

As one of three Accounts Payable Officers, you will report into the Accounts Payable Team Leader and ensure accurate coding, distribution for approval and entry of invoices into the system for payment. More specifically your role will include
- Full-function Accounts Payable
- Assist with Monthly Reconciliations
- Data entry
- General administration and accounts duties as required
- Reception relief as required

You will be able to work both autonomously while also being part of a small team. You will have outstanding communication skills along with a strong sense of customer service to both your internal and external clients.

Ideally, you will have prior experience in a complex Accounts Payable role preferably and have used a variety of systems.
