**Job description**

Star Phones is an exclusively growing mobile phone repair and accessories business with more than 30 stores based across Australia. Our company looks for people who can grow, think, and deliver in an environment with rapid growth and constant change. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:
If successful, duties will include but not limited to:

- Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in sales targets and store presentation
- Sale targets are consistently met and exceeded.
- Leading and managing a team of unified team members who work together
- Ensuring the stock levels not only comply within our guidelines but service all customers who come to our store.
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained.

Star Phones will be committed to training the successful applicant in all areas of our policies and procedures, stock ordering, merchandising and stock training.

**We are looking for people who have**:

- Previous retail store/assistant store management experience
- A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPI’s and targets
- Can coach and mentor the team to achieve sales goals
- A proven track record of building strong, engaged, and high performing teams
- Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tuggerah NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
