About the Role
In consultation with the Nurse Unit Manager and the Nurse Educator, you will deliver clinical support and practice enhancement activities that achieves best practice clinical and health outcomes for our patients. Utilising your advanced practice nursing experience, you will be expected to find innovative solutions to the individual development needs of nurses in the department. To achieve this, you will role model the Darling Downs Health values and actively promote a learning culture.
