Property Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Inspector to join our platform as an Inspector Partner.

You will be conducting inspections on behalf of multiple agencies throughout Sydney and the surrounding areas using your vehicle and an iPhone or iPad. Use your experience to earn extra

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend the property inspections that are scheduled and its surrounding areas. Capture high-quality images of rental properties using your iPhone or iPad and provide equipment
- Ensure all images and comments accurately represent the property's condition and features

**Requirements**:

- Property managers or experienced property inspectors are welcome.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own car/motorcycle
- Must have an iPhone or iPad with a camera and data plan
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to travel between jobs
- Communication skills
- An Australian Business Number (ABN)
