Lendlease have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Officer to join our friendly team at our Ashton Gardens Retirement Village. You will be working on a Part-Time basis, initially 1x 6hr Day per week.

The Maintenance Officer is responsible for general maintenance and repairs of buildings, fixtures and fittings in accordance with the Village Maintenance.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as a tradesperson and experience in a similar role. The Maintenance Officer is responsible for making decisions in relation to the execution of the maintenance activity within the village in accordance with existing frameworks and budget ensuring all work is carried out following the correct procedures

To be successful you will have the following:

- Organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Motivated and able to take initiative
- Ability to work individually and in a team
- Basic computer skills
