**About the Opportunity**
RACV Hobart Hotel is currently seeking an experienced, proactive and energetic individual with a can-do attitude to join their Porter team on a casual basis.
As a Porter, you will be the face and first point of contact for the Hotel. In this busy and varied role, you will be utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members and guests with outstanding service. You’ll meet and greet our guests, assist with luggage and valet park their cars when required. You’ll also be able to help guests with any questions they might have about RACV Hobart Hotel and the local area and to provide recommendations and directions.
**What you'll need to be successful**
- Exceptional customer service and strong attention to detail.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Previous experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort is ideal.
- Strong knowledge of Hobart and Tasmania.
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS desired, but not essential.
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Open Australian driving licence. (Manual & Automatic)
- Full working rights in Australia.
